لخدمة أفضل، نود إفادتكم بأنه سيتم إجراء صيانة وتحديث شامل للنظام الرئيسي بالمجموعة في الكويت، وذلك من يوم الخميس الموافق 30/12/2021م وحتى يوم الأحد الموافق 02/01/2022م وعليه سيتم إغلاق كافة فروع المجموعة في الكويت خلال هذه الفترة بالإضافة إلى كافة قنوات البيع بما فيها الخدمة الالكترونية عبر الانترنت (www.gig.com.kw) وتطبيق الهاتف الذكي (GIG-Kuwait) خلال فترة الصيانة.
وستعاود المجموعة كافة أعمالها وأنظمتها الآلية بما فيها الخدمات الالكترونية في يوم الأثنين الموافق 03/01/2022م.

In an effort to provide you with the highest quality service, we will be temporarily closing all GIG-Kuwait branches in addition to all sales channels. This includes our website (www.gig.com.kw) and smartphone application (GIG-Kuwait), as part of a comprehensive maintenance update of our systems. This closure will start on 30/12/ 2021 until 02/01/2022.
Operations at our branches and on our online platforms will resume as usual on 03/01/2022.
